Training Policies

Some very important things you should know before you schedule training sessions with me.

Consulting & Mentoring Packages:

  • All consulting/mentoring sessions (both online and in-person for those in the city of Seattle), are 90 minutes each.
  • Unless special arrangements have been made, I only provide sessions Monday – Friday, between 10am – 5pm PST.
  • All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to each training session or you will be charged for the full, scheduled training session.
  • A travel free will be charged for each consulting/mentoring session outside the city of Seattle, WA. (Online training sessions are exempt.)
  • Consulting and mentoring packages require pre-payment for each month. Payment can be made via check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
  • A $35 fee will be charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds.


On-site Group Training:

  • All on-site group trainings are scheduled as half day (3 hours) or full day (6 hours) sessions.
  • Unless special arrangements have been made, I only provide on-site group training sessions Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm PST.
  • A 50% deposit for all on-site group training must be paid at least 10 full business days prior to the start date of the training. The remaining 50% is due at the completion of the training.
  • A $35 fee will be charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds.


On-site Group Training Cancellation Policy:

  • All on-site group training cancellations must be made at least 10 full business days prior to the scheduled training date, at which time, 95% of the client’s deposit will be refunded. The non-refundable 5% of the deposit covers processing and non-refundable travel expenses.
  • For all on-site group training cancellations made with 5 – 9 full business days notice, the client will be invoiced for 50% of the training fees and all non-refundable travel expenses.
  • For all on-site group training cancellations made with less than 5 full business days, the clients will be invoiced for 100% of the training fees and all non-refundable travel expenses.


On-site Group Training Rescheduling Policy:

  • 10 full business days notice is required for all on-site training client rescheduling requests. All costs incurred for rescheduling the training will be at the client’s expense, including, but not limited to, airfare/railfare itinerary changes and accommodations changes. If rescheduling is requested by the client without the required notice, the cancellation policy is in effect.
