On-site Training
I can arrange to bring a standard or customized training to your organization or business, for 2-10 people. You provide the learning space, gear (hardware and software) for your folks, and I’ll provide the training. I have non-profit rates for groups holding current 501c3 status.
I can provide on-site training in the following:
- HTML & CSS
- Dreamweaver CS4
- Video Production & Editing
- Flash CS4
- Wordpress
On-site training can use either my standard curriculum, or be customized to your needs.
My on-site training clients include Puyallup Tribal Language Program, Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel, Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, Jetta Productions, and OfficeMax. I’ve also provided on-site training for the University of Mississippi (OleMiss), Nordstrom Product Group, and thePlatform.com.
Training Policies/Terms of Service:
On-site Group Training:
- All on-site group trainings (2-10 people), are a minimum of 3 hours.
- Unless special arrangements have been made, I only provide training sessions Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm PST.
- A 50% deposit for all on-site group trainining must be paid at least 10 full business days prior to the start date of the training. The remaining 50% is due at the completion of the training.
- A $35 fee will be charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
On-site Group Training Cancellation Policy:
- All on-site group training cancellations must be made at least 10 full business days prior to the scheduled training date, at which time, 95% of the client’s deposit will be refunded. The non-refundable 5% of the deposit covers processing and non-refundable travel expenses.
- For all on-site group training cancellations made with 5 – 9 full business days notice, the client will be invoiced for 50% of the training fees and all non-refundable travel expenses.
- For all on-site group training cancellations made with less than 5 full business days, the clients will be invoiced for 100% of the training fees and all non-refundable travel expenses.
On-site Group Training Rescheduling Policy:
- 10 full business days notice is required for all on-site training client rescheduling requests. All costs incurred for rescheduling the training will be at the client’s expense, including, but not limited to, airfare/railfare itinerary changes and accommodations changes. If rescheduling is requested by the client without the required notice, the cancellation policy is in effect.
